I pivoted my websites online reach of over 80,000 monthly readers who trusted my music taste and started to book up and coming musicians before they reached national attention.

I took out student loans to chase my dreams in the music industry. Orchestrated the very first concert tour for rising hip hip artist Wale, in FL. Leveraging my connections at all the major university venues & promoters, I turned my capitol investment of $5,000 into $40,000 my very first concert..
Having a keen sense for music development, and I have booked some of Americas rising stars. My strategy had many layers and specific direction. Primarily focused on booking up and coming artists I felt were on the brink of stardom and fit the college circuits best.

We began his social career by creating a YouTube Channel, which had, by August 2016, more than 1.9 million subscribers and over 280 million total views.He made his feature film debut in a supporting role in the 20th Century Fox comedy, The Heat, which opened on June 28, 2013.Baker partnered with Russel Simmons' All Def Digital in 2013, and worked with recording artist Russell Simmons and Priscilla Renea.He appeared in the third season of Real Husbands of Hollywood.

Dementia Events is a marketing, management, and event planning company. Operated and managed the Lights Out Festival. Located in the city of Miami, we are at the heart of the entertainment market. We also have a strong influence on the east cost of the United States. Washington D.C and New York to name a few. Cutting edge methods combined with our expertise allowed for a new age form of entertainment.
Secured an investment of $200,000 to produce an innovative music festival in a fierce market.
From my relationships, I built a network of the top promotors in the city in order to bring maximum exposure to our event. Featured the voice of Ultra, Damien Pinto, to host our event, which helped capture the concerts awareness and recognition from an established branded festival here in Miami.
Managed talent budget and organization of the festival. Created a successful social media plan and partnerships with known event organizers like Event Brite and also grew our sales channels through Groupon and Livingsocial in order to push demand. The concert brought out over 2,000 attendees our very first concert.
