An online magazine influencing millenial culture on trends in music, fashion, sneakers, sports, and entertainment daily.

I pivoted my websites online reach of over 80,000 monthly readers who trusted my music taste and started to book up and coming musicians before they reached national attention.

Your sentence makes sense, but let's refine it slightly for clarity and flow:

One of my most cherished achievements was pursuing my passion in the music industry by taking out student loans. I spearheaded the inaugural concert tour for emerging hip-hop artist Wale in Florida. Initially, my $5k loan burgeoned to $40k, propelling our concept into a viable business venture. Leveraging my network across major university venues and with promoters, I transformed our initial investment of $80k into $500k.

Having a keen sense for music development, and I have booked some of Americas rising stars. My strategy had many layers and specific direction. Primarily focused on booking up and coming artists I felt were on the brink of stardom and fit the college circuits best.

Produced Wynwood's first ever music festival: Lights Out Festival

Contended and guided 250k budget with end-to-end brand strategy and launch for Lights Out Festival, selling 4,000 tickets and talent managing over 25 artists including Felix Cartel, Deorro, Seven Lions, Crizzly, RJD2, Felix Da Housecat, Alex Kenji, DJ Icey, Lucky Date, and hosted by Damian Pinto “The Voice” of Ultra Music Festival.

From my relationships, I built a network of the top promotors in the city in order to bring maximum exposure to our event. Featured the voice of Ultra, Damien Pinto, to host our event, which helped capture the concerts awareness and recognition from an established branded festival here in Miami.

Managed talent budget and organization of the festival. Created a successful social media plan and partnerships with known event organizers like Event Brite and also grew our sales channels through Groupon and Livingsocial in order to push demand. The concert brought out over 2,000 attendees our very first concert.
